Digital Services Act (EU)
Last updated: 15 July 2026
This notice explains how Psychiatry Ink Ltd complies with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act) and identifies our appointed Legal Representative for the European Union / European Economic Area.
1. Compliance with the Digital Services Act
Psychiatry Ink Ltd complies with the applicable provisions of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market For Digital Services (the "Digital Services Act" or "DSA").
This notice is published on its own page, separately from our Privacy Notice, because the Digital Services Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are different legal frameworks with different appointed representatives and different contact channels.
2. Legal Representative for the EU/EEA (Article 13 DSA)
For the purposes of Article 13 of the Digital Services Act, Psychiatry Ink Ltd has appointed:
Data Protection Representative Limited, trading as "DataRep"
Legal Representative for the European Union / European Economic Area
This appointment is effective from 14 July 2026 until 8 July 2027 and covers matters arising under the Digital Services Act only.
If an EU/EEA authority or an individual wishes to contact Psychiatry Ink Ltd regarding matters covered by the Digital Services Act, they may contact our Legal Representative:
Email (please identify "Psychiatry Ink Ltd" in your message):

When writing by post, please address correspondence clearly to "DataRep" and identify Psychiatry Ink Ltd.
3. Scope of this appointment
DataRep acts solely as our Legal Representative for the purposes of the Digital Services Act. This appointment does not extend to, and should not be confused with, the separate representative Psychiatry Ink Ltd has appointed under Article 27 of the EU GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) for data protection matters — see our Privacy Notice for those contact details.
DataRep does not provide customer support, technical assistance, billing support, or general enquiries handling on our behalf.
4. General customer support
General customer support, billing questions, and product enquiries should continue to be directed to our own team, not to our Legal Representative:
5. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice if our appointed Legal Representative, contact details, or the scope of our obligations under the Digital Services Act change. The current version is published on this page.
